kristen has found her prom dress!
it’s a little different than in the picture. that chick makes it look slutty, but it is really really cute. those are ROCKS sewn on the top (yes, ROCKS, how weird!). and it has a back panel that you can snap in so that your back doesn’t show where the string ties are. woot woot.
today was a half day. after school i went out to eat at applebee’s with jeff, mike, lori, mary, and coral. mike & jeff went with me to boyd’s bridal (i had originally just wanted to check and see if they had a particular pair of shoes, but i ended up trying on three dresses instead). the boys were miraculously well-behaved. they sat on the couch and looked at magazines. that is until mike found the shelf full of tiaras and proceeded to try them on one by one and model in front of the full-length mirror.
i tried on a few other dresses, too, and mike & jeff kept muttering about which one(s) would be easiest to take off. *rolls eyes*
so yeah. i am SO going back to get this dress. i don’t care if it’s wayyyyyyyyyyy out of my budget. I AM IN LOVE!
then i can get the hot touch up shoes that have rhinestones winding around the ankles.
so yeah. after the boyd’s bridal adventure, mike and i took jeff home and went to mike’s house for a little while. mike and i watched tv, played with molly, talked to allison, looked at a bunch of pictures (he gave me some our homecoming shots FINALLY), and danced around his living room/kitchen while listening to rent & the forrest gump soundtrack. that was the best part. i have had hardly any time to spend with mike lately and that just made my day/week.
AND I HAVE NINETEEN HOURS AT WORK NEXT WEEK!
best start paying off that dress now……

You and that dress… pfft. I really don’t think its to die for or anything. Pretty yes, (and you know I like the color…) But I guess I’ll have to see it in person. *shrugs*
i know what you mean about falling in love with a dress and proceeding to pay WAAAAY too much for it, just because now that you know it exists, your dance won’t be right with out.
wait, we never muttered anything of the like. we were talking about nathaniel and rachel for awhile, and then we talked about farts. then we were talking about why wedding dresses are always white. but nothing about taking dresses off. maybe mike was thinking it, but i was thinking about how i wished i still had money to go buy some coffee…
