threw a pretty amazing gathering this past weekend if i do say so myself. had QUITE the turnout here at the apartment.
guests included:
kathy, corner, jordan, jessica, matt kremke, matt michalski, john, mason, glasby, t-rev, m-rod, anthony, sarah wernette, chelsea, rachel, cathy, eric, talya, michelle, waldo…i’m sure i forgot someone.
anyway, uno and queens and debauchery were had. oh, and the major event of the night occurred when i knocked my nose on corner’s forehead. i think i might have broken it. chelsea, rachel, and my mom all think i should go back to east lansing tomorrow and go to olin and have it x-rayed. my mom said the first time she had sinus surgery they found broken pieces of bone in her nose and told her that she must have broken her nose years before and never even known. crazy shit. i guess i might as well see if mine is actually broken or not. they were saying that if it IS broken and i wait too long, like next week or something, and my nose starts to heal the wrong way, they might have to rebreak it so they can set it correctly! ew. i don’t want that. it is still black & blue but the swelling has gone down a LOT. it does still hurt though. ugh. we shall see.
i’ve been home for like two hours and i’m bored already. i started laundry, played trumpet for an hour, and then corner called and i talked to him for half an hour.
corner’s roommate kate got a pug puppy named meatball and he is sooooooo cute. i can’t wait until next week when i can play with him again.
so this is pretty lame of me but it’s 11:33pm now and i think i’m going to go to bed.
