Yesterday I took the CalTrain to/from work at Stanford. It’s a 1.5 hour ride as opposed to battling traffic on the 101. However, the CalTrain station is 0.9 miles from the office, so I thought I was being smart when I brought a second pair of shoes (instead of my heels) to make the journey on foot a little more comfortable.
Wrong. The supposedly “comfy” shoes landed me with 4 blisters.
But, when I got home, Corner used his amazing boy scout/boyfriend skills to clean my wounds and bandage my ankles. He is also taking my dog to the vet tomorrow. And (this part is unbeknownst to him) getting my car an oil change.
Basically, Corner is awesome and I am a big fan.

However, I’m a bit sad. I saw the tag “boys” in the tag cloud and this is the last post tagged boys! There should be some more, it’s been 1.5 years since this last one :-)
