So I explained this to Jessica, and she has already figured it out (YAYY, Jessica!). If you are also a frequent visitor/commenter, you should sign up for a Gravatar!
If you go to http://en.gravatar.com/ and sign up your email address, you can have an icon associated with it. That way when you leave comments on my blog, you will have an icon to go with your name! It will actually work with a lot of sites besides my blog. It’s basically a global icon that will work across a lot of websites.
I just discovered it and thought it’s pretty cool, so I enabled the technology on my blog. If you want to be on the cutting edge of my commenters, you should probably get yourself an icon. ;)

P.S. i adore that when I go to LJ I get to check your blog at the same time. Makes me happy!
And that is no small feat considering my moderate degree of net-savvy-ness. :)
