After drooling over Tyler's work for the duration of last semester in WRA 210, I would really like to further my measly Photoshop skills. In addition, I hope to become more comfortable with using CSS; I sometimes revert to my old ways of embedding style tags within a page. I would like to break any other bad webdesign habits I may have developed along the way. My friend Eric teases me about not knowing PHP, so I am also very curious about that portion of this course.
I have been experimenting with webdesign since I was 9 years old. From the horrific days of expages and geocities, I eventually maintained my own webdomain (cookies-n-creme.com) when I was thirteen. However, I only owned the domain for a year before it became too expensive for a high school freshman who lacked a part-time job. I have experience working with Paint Shop Pro, Photoshop CS2, and Dreamweaver, and am comfortable with both Windows and Mac operating systems.
