Maryland Engineering social media style guide

Early in my tenure with the A. James Clark School of Engineering, I wrote a social media style guide as a resource for my fellow college communicators. While I am responsible for the college's main accounts on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn, there are a variety of college-affiliated social media accounts representing our departments, research centers, and other smaller units. This guide assists in getting college social media managers on the same page in terms of brand adherence, tone of voice, accessibility, and more.
